If I were voting in the State Election…

Note: They are all shit. If voting wasn’t compulsory, I would tell everyone to just run away to another state and live there until the next election.

Now, see how I’m putting the Greens third. This is a big deal. I don’t even like the Greens. This is how much I don’t want a Nationals government (because, lets not kid ourselves, the LNP can only naturally be a majority nationals organisation). Their attitude is shit, and they have policies which trample on the separation of powers and all that jazz.

It’s upsetting that my state has no (real) liberal force.

Sadly the AusDems don’t have the resources to contest insofar - especially considering the impossibility of QLD state seats. So I’ll have to make do in rebuilding their senate presence in 2013 to save this rapidly failing ‘new paradigm’.

Good news is, I am on a policy development subcommittee for the Queensland Democrats at state level so if anyone has any ideas or submissions, we should be releasing requests at some point.

So! On that note…

1) ALP

2) Any good Independent candidate

3) Greens

4) LNP

5) KAP

6) Family First

7) One Nation

— Assuming these are the only candidates contesting —
