I don’t even feel comfortable labelling myself as a liberal.

If you were going to break down exactly where I stand on the majority of issues, you’d probably have to chuck me into the ‘social democrat’ / Third Way bucket but, even then, that’s extraordinarily problematic.

Third Way makes sense in the range of a centrist party. It also is quite liberal in application. Ignore the nasty Australian meanings, liberalism is a beautiful thing - and can be read by the individual as they please as apart of freedom and all that.

The Dems probably would fit your bracket, actually. Feel free to research: http://www.democrats.org.au/
